Microsoft Paint — Drawing & Image Editing
MS Paint Windows का एक free drawing program है। इससे हम drawing बना सकते हैं, images edit कर सकते हैं, और photos पर लिख सकते हैं।

MS Paint क्या है?

MS Paint (Microsoft Paint) Windows का एक free built-in drawing program है। यह Windows के हर version में पहले से installed होता है। इससे हम simple drawings बना सकते हैं और images edit कर सकते हैं।

MS Paint की खासियत
  • Windows में पहले से installed — अलग से download नहीं करना पड़ता
  • उपयोग में बहुत आसान — बच्चे भी सीख सकते हैं
  • Drawing, sketching, और basic image editing के लिए perfect
  • Photo पर text लिख सकते हैं, shapes add कर सकते हैं
  • Image को crop, resize, rotate कर सकते हैं
  • Files को .png, .jpg, .bmp, .gif format में save कर सकते हैं
MS Paint Tips
  • MS Paint professional photo editing के लिए नहीं है — उसके लिए Photoshop या GIMP use करें
  • Simple drawings और basic edits के लिए MS Paint best choice है — fast और lightweight
  • Cyber Cafe में ID card, visiting card जैसे simple design के लिए MS Paint काम आता है
1.2  Â·  MS Paint कैसे खोलें?

MS Paint खोलने के तरीके

Start Menu सेStart → सभी Apps → Windows Accessories → Paint
Search सेTaskbar में search box में "Paint" type करें → Enter
Run सेWin + R दबाएं → mspaint type करें → OK
Right Click सेकिसी Image पर Right Click → Open with → Paint
सबसे तेज़ तरीका
  • Win + R दबाएं, फिर mspaint type करके Enter — यह सबसे fast तरीका है
  • Taskbar में Paint pin करके रखें — एक click में खुलेगा

2.1  Â·  Title Bar और Ribbon

MS Paint का Interface

MS Paint का interface बहुत simple और clean है। इसके main parts नीचे दिए गए हैं:

Title BarFile का नाम और program का नाम दिखाता है
Quick Access ToolbarSave, Undo, Redo के fast buttons
Ribbonसभी tools और options यहाँ होते हैं — Home और View tabs
Canvasसफेद drawing area — यहाँ drawing बनाते हैं
Color Boxनीचे colors की list — drawing का color चुनने के लिए
Status Barनीचे — cursor position और image size दिखाता है
Zoom BarCanvas को zoom in / zoom out करने के लिए

Canvas और Color Box

Canvas के बारे में
  • Canvas वो सफेद area है जहाँ हम drawing करते हैं
  • Canvas का size change करने के लिए — Resize button (Home tab में) click करें
  • Canvas के corner और sides पर blue dots होते हैं — drag करके size बदलें
  • Default canvas size 900 × 500 pixels होता है
Color Box के बारे में
  • Color 1 (Foreground) — drawing का main color — left click से select करें
  • Color 2 (Background) — eraser और shapes का background color — right click से select करें
  • Edit Colors — custom color बनाने के लिए, RGB values enter करें
  • Drawing करते समय — left click = Color 1, right click = Color 2

Basic Drawing Tools

Eraser Tips
  • Eraser का size बढ़ाने के लिए — Ctrl + + (plus) दबाएं
  • पूरी drawing clear करने के लिए — Ctrl + A (Select All) → फिर Delete
  • सिर्फ Color 1 मिटाना हो तो — Eraser से Right Click drag करें (Color 2 रहेगा)
3.2  Â·  Shapes और Fill

Shapes Tool

MS Paint में ready-made shapes होती हैं — इन्हें drag करके बनाते हैं।

Shapeकैसे बनाएं?
LineClick करके drag करें — सीधी लाइन बनती है
RectangleCorner से drag करें — चौकोर shape
Ellipse (Circle)Drag करें — Shift दबाकर perfect circle
Triangle / ArrowShapes menu से select करें
PolygonClick-click करके irregular shape बनाएं
Rounded RectangleRectangle जैसे — corners गोल होते हैं
Shape Options
  • Outline — shape का border — solid, dashes, या no outline
  • Fill — shape के अंदर का color — Solid, No fill, या Watercolor
  • Shift key दबाकर drag करें — perfect square / perfect circle बनेगा

4.1  Â·  Color Box

Colors — रंगों का उपयोग

Actionकैसे करें?
Foreground Color चुनेंColor Box में color पर Left Click
Background Color चुनेंColor Box में color पर Right Click
Custom Color बनाएंEdit Colors → RGB values enter करें
Image से Color लेंColor Picker (I) select करें → image पर click
पूरा area भरेंFill tool (F) → area पर click
Color Tips
  • अगर Fill tool से color नहीं भर रहा — shape में gap होगा, Pencil से बंद करें
  • किसी photo का exact color copy करना हो — Color Picker (I) use करें
  • White color से paint करना = Erase करने जैसा है
4.2  Â·  Text Tool

Text Tool — Image पर लिखें

MS Paint में Text Tool (T) से image पर कोई भी text लिख सकते हैं।

Stepकाम
1. T दबाएंText Tool activate होगा
2. Drag करेंजहाँ text लिखना है वहाँ text box बनाएं
3. Font चुनेंRibbon में Font, Size, Bold, Italic set करें
4. Type करेंText लिखें
5. Click करेंText box के बाहर click करें — text confirm होगा
Text Tool Tips
  • Text type होने के बाद move नहीं होता — confirm होने से पहले check करें
  • Transparent background option on करें — text के पीछे image दिखेगी
  • Hindi में लिखने के लिए keyboard को Hindi mode में switch करें

5.1  Â·  Crop, Resize, Rotate

Image Edit करना

Actionकैसे करें?
CropSelect tool से area select करें → Crop button click करें
ResizeHome tab → Resize → Pixels या Percentage में size दें
Rotate 90°Home tab → Rotate → Rotate Right 90°
Flip HorizontalHome tab → Rotate → Flip Horizontal
Flip VerticalHome tab → Rotate → Flip Vertical
Skew करेंResize dialog में Skew (Horizontal/Vertical degrees) दें
Resize Tips
  • Resize करते समय "Maintain aspect ratio" tick रखें — image तिरछी नहीं होगी
  • Passport size photo बनाना हो — Pixels में exact size दें (जैसे 413 × 531)
  • Image बड़ी करने से quality कम होती है — original size से ज़्यादा बड़ा न करें
5.2  Â·  Copy, Paste, Select

Select Tips
  • Paste होने के बाद selection को drag करके सही जगह रखें
  • Transparent selection on करें — paste होने पर white background नहीं आएगा
  • Undo सिर्फ 3 steps तक काम करता है — गलती तुरंत ठीक करें

File Formats — कौन सा format कब?
  • PNG — Best quality, transparent background support — सबसे ज़्यादा recommended
  • JPG/JPEG — Photo के लिए — file size कम होती है, quality थोड़ी कम
  • BMP — MS Paint का default format — file size बड़ी होती है
  • GIF — Simple animations के लिए — limited colors (256)
File Tips
  • हमेशा PNG format में save करें — best quality और transparency support
  • Internet पर share करना हो — JPG use करें — file size कम होती है
  • Save करना याद रखें — MS Paint में Auto-save नहीं होता
  • काम करते समय बीच-बीच में Ctrl + S दबाते रहें
