File Explorer (पहले "My Computer" या "Windows Explorer") Windows का built-in file manager है। इसी से computer की सभी files, folders और drives manage होती हैं। Shortcut: Win+E

Format करना
- Pen Drive लगाएं → Win+E खोलें
- Pen Drive पर Right Click → 'Format'
- FAT32 (छोटी files) या NTFS (बड़ी files) → Start
- Warning → OK → Format हो जाएगी (सब data delete)
Safely Remove
- System Tray में Pen Drive icon → 'Eject [Drive]' → message आएगी → तब निकालें
- बिना safely remove के निकालने से files corrupt हो सकती हैं

Part A — User Account और Password Setup

Win+I → Accounts → Family & other users → "Add account" → "I don't have this person's sign-in information" → "Add a user without a Microsoft account"

Username type करें (जैसे "Tudu Cyber") → Password set करें → Password hint add करें → Next

नया account बना → Account type → Administrator करें (अगर trusted user है) — वरना Standard रखें
